AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 10370, Page 1005 and a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 5103, Page 185 located in Borzillo’s Lot Consolidation Plat
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 353, Page 958 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Sunset Hills, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as
Lindbergh Redevelopment.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further
use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 10370, Page 1005 and the portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement as
recorded in Deed Book 5103, Page 185 located in said Borzillo’s Lot Consolidation Plat
as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
