AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a twenty-foot (20’) wide
easement located in Green Park Commerce Center Phase 3C – A Resubdivision of
Adjusted Lot 26A of Green Park Commerce Center 3 Lot Adjustment according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 354, Pages 438 and 439 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Green Park, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as
9790 Green Park Industrial Drive Adjusted Lot 21 (Green Park Commerce Center).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a twenty-foot (20’) wide easement in said
Green Park Commerce Center Phase 3C – A Resubdivision of Adjusted Lot 26A of
Green Park Commerce Center 3 Lot Adjustment as shown hachured on the attached
“Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 10, 2008.
