AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 6688, Page 2113 located in a tract of land being Part of Boundary
Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 346, Page 84 of the
St. Louis County Records, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the
project known as Argonne Sanitary Relief.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 6688, Page 2113 in said tract of land being Part of Boundary Adjustment Plat
as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 2008.
