AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of two five-foot (5’) wide easements
located in a tract of land being Part of Lot 29 of Terra Vista Plat One according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 354, Pages 545 and 546, and Part of Lot 28 of Terra
Vista Plat One Lots 15-18, 25-28, 30-32 and Common Ground Boundary Adjustment
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 356, Pages 51 and 52 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri; for project
known as Terra Vista.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the two five foot (5’) wide easements in said
tract of land being Part Lot 29 of Terra Vista Plat One and Part of Lot 28 of Terra Vista
Plat One Lots 15-18, 25-28, 30-32 and Common Ground Boundary Adjustment as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 8, 2008.
