Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Dollars ($1,572,000.00) as appropriated by
Ordinance No. 12353, adopted December 14, 2006, for the Missouri River
Treatment Plant Improvements (Electrical Supply) (99076D) to the Sanitary
Replacement Fund balance, and appropriating Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-
two Thousand Dollars ($2,322,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be
used for project costs for the construction of Missouri River Treatment Plant
Improvements Phase II (Headworks) (99076C); in City of Maryland Heights,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12339, adopted November 9, 2006,
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract for Missouri River
Treatment Plant Improvements Phase II (Headworks) (99076C), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy-two
Thousand Dollars ($1,572,000.00) is hereby transferred from funds as appropriated
by Ordinance No. 12353, adopted December 14, 2006, for the Missouri River
Treatment Plant Improvements (Electrical Supply) (99076D) to the Sanitary
Replacement Fund balance, and the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-two
Thousand Dollars ($2,322,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund to be used for project costs for the construction of the Missouri
River Treatment Plant Improvements Phase II (99076C), in City of Maryland
Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
