Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for the repair, removal, rehabilitation and modification of existing separate
sewer system overflows and equipping with monitoring devices for future reporting
purposes in the Separate Sewer Overflow Modification and Monitoring Program
(FY2008) (2006174).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12281, adopted August 31, 2006
appropriated the initial funding, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the
repair, removal, rehabilitation and modification of existing separate sewer system
overflows and equipping with monitoring devices for future reporting purposes in
the Separate Sewer Overflow Modification and Monitoring Program (FY2008)
(2006174).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
