Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-1225 with Real Estate Analysts Limited, for Professional Property
Appraisal Services (2008147).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12054, adopted August 11, 2005,
appropriated the funding for said services.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into Contract E-1225, a one-year contract, with a one year option with Real Estate
Analysts Limited, for Professional Property Appraisal Services (2008147) said
contract shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00),
and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the
office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
