AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty and
Surety Insurance Company of America (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri
Inc., agent) for the Public Official’s Faithful Performance Bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer for the period July 1, 2008to June 30, 2009.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty and Surety Insurance Company of
America (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) is hereby awarded
the contract for the Public Official’s Faithful Performance Bond for the Secretary-
Treasurer for the period July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
