AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement located
in Frontenac Forest according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 65, Pages 48 and
49, of the St. Louis County Records, being part of Lot 29 of said subdivision in the City
of Frontenac, St. Louis County, Missouri; for project known as Oak Drive to Bopp Lane
Sanitary Relief Phase II (99104B).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Part of Lot
29 of Frontenac Forest as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
