AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifty-foot (50’) wide easement located
in Lot 7 of Buckland Road according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 277, Page
88 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Town and Country, St. Louis County,
Missouri; for project known as Buckland Road (Mason Rd. 2000’ S. of Clayton).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the fifty-foot (50’) wide easement in said Lot 7 of
Buckland Road as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
