AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement
located in Questover Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51,
Page 83, of the St. Louis County Records, being part of Lot 4 of said subdivision in the
City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County, Missouri; for project known as Olive &
Questover (Great Southern Bank – 12500 Olive).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement in said Part of
Lot 4 of Questover Subdivision as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
