AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 5022, Page 338, also a ten-foot (10’) wide easement and two five-foot (5’)
wide easements, all of which are located in Block 1 of James Evans Place Amended
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 18 of the St. Louis County
Records, in the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as
James & Evans (Vatterott College).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have requested this
District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further
use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book
5022, Page 338, also the ten-foot (10’) wide easement and two five-foot (5’) wide
easements in said tract of land being Part of Block 1 of James Evans Place Amended
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 18 as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 12, 2008.
