AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in Tanqueray Lane #4953 Sanitary Sewer Replacement
(Infrastructure Repair) (2006184), in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12479, adopted July, 12, 2007,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Tanqueray Lane #4953 Sanitary Sewer
Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2006184), in unincorporated St. Louis
County, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 6th day of May
2008.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
