Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend the
existing contract with ETC Institute, whereby ETC Institute will perform Customer
Service Surveying for the District.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12370, adopted January 11, 2007
authorized the contract for said work,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend
the existing contract with ETC Institute, for additional Customer Service Surveying
for the District during calendar year 2008 (January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008);
said contract amendment to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
