AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement
recorded in Deed Book 13590, Page 940 and a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 13590, Page 947 located in Long Road
Crossing Drive (40 feet wide), of Terra Corporate Park according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 355, page 58 of the St. Louis County Records, in
Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Terra Corporate
Park.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portions of subject easements and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section On. The variable width easement as recorded in Deed
Book 13590, Page 940 and a portion of a ten-foot (10) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 13590, Page 947 in said Long Road Crossing Drive (40 feet wide),
of Terra Corporate Park as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plats”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, are hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
