AN ORDINANCE, vacating a twelve-foot (12’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 13590, Page 940 located in Lot 9 of Terra Corporate Park
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 353 page 58 of the St. Louis
County Records, in the City of Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the
project known as Terra Corporate Park.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the potion of subject easement, and this District has no further
use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The twelve-foot (12’) wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 13590, Page 940 located in Lot 9 of Terra Corporate Park as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”
and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
