AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a thirty-foot (30’) wide by fifty-
foot (50’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 8689, Page 2273, and a portion of a ten
foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 4834, Page 48 located in Lot 5 of Little
Creek Final Subdivision Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 352,
Page 275 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County,
Missouri; for the project known as Little Creek Subdivision.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions of the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a thirty-foot (30’) wide by fifty-foot (50’) wide
easement as recorded in Deed Book 8689, Page 2273, and the portion of a ten foot (10’)
wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 4834, Page 48 located in said Lot 5 of Little
Creek Final Subdivision Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
