AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 7082, Page 853 located in Lot 13 of Block 3 of Woodlawn Place according
to the plat there of recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 86 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Alice 250
feet South of Scott.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said
portion of the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Deed
Book 7082, Page 853 located in said Lot 13 of Block 3 of Woodlawn Place as shown
hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a
part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
