AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement
recorded in Deed Book 3079, Page 452 located in Lot 8 of Dickson Place according to
the plat there of recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records, in
the City of Glendale, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Parkland 400
feet south of Essex Lot 8 Dickson.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District
to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for
said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a variable width easement as recorded in Deed
Book 3079, Page 452 located in said Lot 8 of Dickson Place as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
