HomeMy Public PortalAbout12703O R D I N A N C E NO.12703 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12657, as adopted June 12, 2008, by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to correct a scrivener’s error in said Section Two pertaining to the not-to-exceed amount. WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12657, as adopted June 12, 2008, provided a not-to-exceed of amount Eighty-four Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-five Dollars ($84,455.00), and said not-to-exceed amount should have been Ninety-seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($97,150.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12657, as adopted June 12, 2008, is hereby repealed in order to correct a scrivener’s error therein. Section Two. A new Section Two of Ordinance No. 12657 is hereby enacted to read as follows: Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of Ordinance No. 12657 adopted June 12, 2008, shall be for a term of two years, shall provide for a total fee not-to-exceed Ninety-seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($97,150.00) in one year, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions s are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
