HomeMy Public PortalAbout12704O R D I N A N C E NO. 12704 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12658, as adopted June 12, 2008, by repealing Section Two, and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof in order to correct a scrivener’s error in said Section Two pertaining to the not-to-exceed amount. WHEREAS, Section Two of Ordinance No. 12658, as adopted June 12, 2008, provided a not-to-exceed amount of Dollars ($58,000.00), and said not-to-exceed amount should have been One Hundred Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars ($158,000.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 12658, as adopted June 12, 2008, is hereby repealed in order to correct a scrivener’s error therein. Section Two. A new Section One of Ordinance No. 12658 is hereby enacted to read as follows: Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of Ordinance No. 12658 adopted June 12, 2008 shall be for a term of two years, shall provide for a total fee not-to-exceed One Hundred Fifty-eight Thousand Dollars ($158,000.00) in one year, and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 10, 2008.
