AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with Dizdar Brothers Sewer and Construction for the replacement of
sanitary sewers in Yale #745 Sanitary Sewer Replacement (Infrastructure
Repair) (2005083), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12479, adopted July, 12, 2007,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Dizdar Brothers Sewer and Construction for the
replacement of sanitary sewers in Yale #745 Sanitary Sewer Replacement
(Infrastructure Repair) (2005083), in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 10th day of June 2008.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall provide for a fee not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars
($80,000.00), and shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 2008.
