AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with The Hardwick Law Firm, L.L.C., whereby The Hardwick Law Firm,
L.L.C. will serve as Disclosure Counsel for the District for the bond authorization
received at the August 5, 2008 election.
WHEREAS, The Hardwick Law Firm, L.L.C. submitted the most
favorable proposal to serve as Disclosure Counsel,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into contracts with The Hardwick Law Firm, L.L.C., whereby The Hardwick Law
Firm, L.L.C. will serve as Disclosure Counsel for the District. The term of this
engagement is to be limited to the Bond authorization as approved by the
electorate at the August 5, 2008 election.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 2008.
