AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a
contract with The White Coleman & Associates, L.L.C., whereby The White
Coleman & Associates, L.L.C. will serve as Local Bond Counsel for the District for
any SRF bond transaction arising from the authorization received at the August 5,
2008 election.
WHEREAS, The White Coleman & Associates, L.L.C. was deemed to
have the most favorable proposal to serve as Local Bond Counsel for the District
for any SRF bond transaction arising from the authorization received at the
August 5, 2008 election,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with The White Coleman & Associates, L.L.C. whereby The White
Coleman & Associates, L.L.C. will serve as Local Bond Counsel for the District.
The term of this engagement is to be limited to the Bond authorization as
approved by the electorate at the August 5, 2008 election.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 14, 2008.
