AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 12683, as adopted July
10, 2008, by repealing Section One, and enacting a new Section One in lieu
thereof in order to amend the appropriation amount.
WHEREAS, Section One of Ordinance No. 12683, as adopted July
10, 2008, provided an appropriation amount of Three Million Dollars
($3,000,000.00), and said appropriation amount should be amended to One
Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. Section One of Ordinance No. 12683, as adopted
July 10, 2008, is hereby repealed in order to amend the appropriation amount.
Section Two. A new Section One of Ordinance No. 12683 is hereby
enacted to read as follows:
Section One. The sum of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Stormwater Facilities Fund for Stormwater
Infrastructure Replacement (FY2009) (2007127).
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 2008.
