Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for additional project costs for the construction of sanitary and storm sewers
in Black Creek Sanitary Relief (Highway 40 to Wenlou Drive) (2002103), in the City
of Richmond Heights, Missouri;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12586, adopted January 10, 2008
appropriated the initial funding, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
additional project costs for the construction of sanitary and storm sewers in Black
Creek Sanitary Relief (Highway 40 to Wenlou Drive) (2002103), in the City of
Richmond Heights, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 2008.
