Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Fleishman-Hillard Inc., whereby Fleishman-Hillard Inc. will
write, perform graphics, layout work, editing and printing the District's 2008
Annual Report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter
into a contract with Fleishman-Hillard Inc., whereby Fleishman-Hillard Inc. will
write, perform graphics, layout work, editing and printing the District's 2008
Annual Report.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this ordinance
shall provide for an initial term of one (1) year at an annual fee not to exceed
Thirty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($39,600.00), may be renewed for two
(2) additional one-year terms at the option of the District, and shall be comprised of
such other terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 7, 2008.
