AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement recorded in Deed
Book 15519, Page 2892, and a portion of a ten-foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Plat Book
353, Pages 634 and 635 located in Crescent Pointe at the Mills according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 355, Pages 450, and 451 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of
Hazelwood, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Crescent Pointe Lots “A” and
“B”.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to vacate the
portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a variable width easement as recorded in Deed Book 15519,
Page 2892, and the portion of the ten-foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 353,
Pages 634 and 635 located in said Crescent Pointe at the Mills as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 13, 2008.
