Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with Heartland Construction & Excavating for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Ruth to Missouri Sanitary Sewer
Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2008060), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12711, adopted August 14, 2008,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with Heartland Construction & Excavating for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Ruth to Missouri Sanitary Sewer
Replacement (Infrastructure Repair) (2008060), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 22nd day of October
2008.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2008.
