AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten-foot (10’) wide easement and a variable
width easement recorded in Deed Book 17258, Pages 4897 through 4903 located in a
tract of land being a Part of U.S. Survey 176 of St. Ferdinand Common Fields in
Township 47 North, Range 6 East in the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri;
for the project known as Daniel Boone Trunk Sewer and Channel Replacement.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property has granted to the District a
suitable alternate easement, the owners request this District to vacate the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten-foot (10’) wide easement and variable width
easement as recorded in Deed Book 17258, Pages 4897-4903 is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 11, 2008.
