Thousand Dollars ($343,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
engineering services for the final design of Upper Sugar Creek Sanitary
Relief Sec. C. Phase II (87154A) and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into Contract E-1250 with Civil Design, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-referenced fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Forty-three Thousand
Dollars ($343,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for engineering services for the final design of Upper Sugar Creek
Sanitary Relief Sec. C. Phase II (87154A).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into Contract E-1250 with Civil Design, Inc. for engineering services
for the final design of Upper Sugar Creek Sanitary Relief Sec. C. Phase II
(87154A); said contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 8, 2009.
