Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to
enter into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in CSO - Interceptor & Outfall Modifications Phase II (BP-
046) (2003053B7B), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12710, adopted August 14, 2008,
appropriated the funding for this Infrastructure Repair project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer
are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to enter into a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of
sanitary sewers in CSO - Interceptor & Outfall Modifications Phase II (BP-
046) (2003053B7B), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 16th day of December 2008.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of this
ordinance shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 2009.
