AN ORDINANCE, vacating three ten-foot (10’) wide easements as
recorded in Deed Book 7126, Page 1630, Deed Book 17576, Page 2557, and whatever
interest this District has in an easement referenced in Deed Book 7144, Pages 1277 and
1278, located in Boundary Adjustment Plat according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 196, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri. For
project known as Lemay Ferry 400’ southwest of Lindbergh (El Pollo Loco Restaurant).
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District
to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The three ten-foot (10’) wide easements as recorded in Deed
Book 7126, Page 1630, Deed Book 17576, Page 2557, and whatever interest this District
has in an easement referenced in Deed Book 7144, Pages 1277 and 1278, located in
Boundary Adjustment Plat as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”,
and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 2009.
