AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of Seven
Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($780,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to
continue the Program to Eliminate Basement Backups Phase III (99135) in the City of St.
Louis and St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12632 adopted May 8, 2008, appropriated the
initial funding.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars
($780,000) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to continue the Program
to Eliminate Basement Backups Phase III (99135) in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis
County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take
effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 12, 2009.
