AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for additional project costs for the construction of
Coldwater Treatment Plant Improvements (99077);
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12223, adopted June 8, 2006
appropriated the initial funding for and authorized the contract with
Goodwin Bros. Construction Company, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($750,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for additional project costs for the construction of the
Coldwater Treatment Plant Improvements (99077).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 2009.
