ORDINANCE NO.12835
AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 5364, Page 483 located in a tract of land being a Part of U.S.
Survey 3042 in Township 46 North, Range 6 East in St. Louis County, Missouri; for the
project known as Page & Warson (Walgreens – 10700 Page); P-0028028-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this
District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded
in Deed Book 5364, Page 483 located in said Part of U.S. Survey 3042 in Township 46
North, Range 6 East as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 12, 2009.
