Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for additional construction costs associated with the CC-
11 and CC-20 Creve Coeur Creek Sanitary Relief Phase II (89130A).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12638, adopted June 12, 2008,
appropriated the initial funding for said contract and authorized the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into the contract with
Gershenson Const. Co., Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is
an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the
obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($250,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund
for additional construction costs associated with the CC-11 and CC-20 Creve
Coeur Creek Sanitary Relief Phase II (89130A).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 2009.
