AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded
in Deed Book 14640, Page 34 located in Part of Lot A of Cardinal Ritter College Prep
Subdivision of City Block 3750 and City Block 3751 according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 79, Page 38 of the St. Louis City Records, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; for the
project known as Loyola Academy of St. Louis (206338); P-0027824-01.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Deed
Book 14640, Page 34 located in said Part of Lot A of Cardinal Ritter College Prep Subdivision
of City Block 3750 and City Block 3751 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 79,
Page 38 of the St. Louis City Records as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation
Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 9, 2009 by the following vote –
Ayes: G. Feldhaus; J. Goffstein; J. Buford; E. Ross; and R. Berry.
Nays: None.
