AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of Ninety-Two
Thousand Dollars ($92,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional
projects costs for the construction of storm sewers in Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer Area I/I
Reduction (2004063) in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 12642, adopted June 12, 2008, appropriated the
initial funding for Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer Area I/I Reduction (2004063) and authorized
a contract with XL Contracting, Inc. for the construction of the aforesaid storm sewers,
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-Two Thousand Dollars ($92,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of storm sewers in Lemay Gardens Separate Sewer area I/I Reduction (2004063) in
unincorporated St. Louis County Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 2009.
