AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a variable width easement recorded in
Deed Book 17800, Page 3146 located in a tract of land being in Section 34, Township 44 North,
Range 6 East, according to the plat there of recorded in Plat Book 205, Pages 42 and 43 of the St.
Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known as Lemay Ferry West
(DDD Investments - 4015 Lemay Ferry Rd); P-0028130-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion of
the subject easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the variable width easement as recorded in Deed
Book 17800, Page 3146 located in a tract of land being in Section 34, Township 44 North, Range
6 East, according to the plat there of recorded in Plat Book 205, Pages 42 and 43 of the St. Louis
County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri as shown hachured on the attached “Easement
Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 2009.
