AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an employment agreement with Jeffrey L.
Theerman, whereby Jeffrey L. Theerman will be employed as Executive Director of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Chairman of the Board of Trustees is hereby authorized on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into an employment agreement with
Jeffrey L. Theerman whereby, Jeffrey L. Theerman will be employed as Executive Director of
the District.
Section Two. This employment agreement shall commence upon June 1, 2009
and continue until May 31, 2014.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 26, 2009.
