AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty-Five Thousand
Dollars ($45,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the final design of Gravois Trunk
(Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase II (90032A) and authorizing the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment No. 4 to the Contract E-1099 with EDM Incorporated for the aforesaid engineering
services.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11806 adopted August 12, 2004, appropriated the
initial funding and authorized said contract, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The sum of Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for the final design of Gravois Trunk
(Whitecliff to RDP) Sanitary Relief Phase II (90032A).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment
No. 4 to the Contract E-1099 with EDM Incorporated for engineering services; said contract to
be comprised of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel
of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
