AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty and Surety
Insurance Company of America (St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company) (McGriff, Seibels
& Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent) for the Public Official’s Faithful Performance Bond for the
Secretary-Treasurer for the period July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty and Surety Insurance Company of America (St.
Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company) (McGriff, Seibels & Williams, of Missouri Inc., agent)
is hereby awarded the contract for the Public Official’s Faithful Performance Bond for the
Secretary-Treasurer for the period July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
