AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Travelers Casualty and Surety
Insurance Company of America (St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company) (McGriff, Seibels
& Williams of Missouri, Inc., agent) for the District’s Combined Liability Program insurance
coverage from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Travelers Casualty and surety Insurance Company of America (St.
Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Company) (McGriff, Seibels & Williams of Missouri, Inc., agent)
are hereby awarded the contract for the District’s Combined Liability Program insurance
coverage from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
