AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5’) wide easement located in
Mason Ridge according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 93, of the St. Louis
County Records, being part of Lot 6 of said subdivision in the City of Overland, St. Louis
County, Missouri; for project known as Page & Morven (McDonald’s Restaurant – 10431 Page);
P-0007860-01.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of the five foot (5’) wide easement in said Part of Lot 6
of Mason Ridge as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked
Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
