AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title, or interest of the District in a portion
of a fifteen foot (15’) wide alley and a twenty foot (20’) wide alley vacated by City of St. Louis
Ordinance 45387, approved June 29, 1950 located in Lots 5A and 5C of Cochran Gardens Phase
II Part of City Block 6483 according to the plat thereof recorded in Record Book 02012008,
Page 23 of the St. Louis City Records, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; for the project known
as C.B. 6483 (Cochran Gardens Phase II Public Improvements); P-0010910-05.
WHEREAS, the owners of this land have requested this District vacate any right,
title, or interest that the District may have in the subject alleys, and this District has no further
use for said portion of alleys,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby vacates any rights,
title or interest that it may have in the portions of the alleys in Lots 5A and 5C of Cochran
Gardens Phase II Part of City Block 6483 according to the plat thereof recorded in Record Book
02012008, Page 23 of the St. Louis City Records as shown hachured on the “Easement Vacation
Plat” marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
