AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 5618, Page 9, a five foot (5’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1891, Page 473, a five
(5’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1909, Page 204, and portions of a ten (10’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 12429, Page 708, Deed Book 12511, Page 1285, and Deed
Book 12511, Page 1296, also a portion of a ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Plat
Book 349, Pages 228 and 229, a License and Agreement to Encroach recorded in Deed Book
5932, Page 243, a License and Agreement to Encroach recorded in Deed Book 5856, Page 237
of the St. Louis County Records, all of which are located in Consolidation Plat of Village of Bel-
Ridge Lots A, B, C, D and E according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 354, Pages 152
to 155 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Bel-Ridge, St. Louis County, Missouri; for
the project known as Bel-Ridge Development Sargent & Natural Bridge.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, portions of easements, or License and Agreement to Encroach, and
this District has no further use for said easements, portions of easements, or License and
Agreement to Encroach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten foot (10’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 5618, Page
9, the five foot (5’) wide easement recorded in Deed Book 1891, Page 473, the five (5’) wide
easement recorded in Deed Book 1909, Page 204, and portions of a ten (10’) wide easement
recorded in Deed Book 12429, Page 708, Deed Book 12511, Page 1285, and Deed Book 12511,
Page 1296, also the portion of the ten foot (10’) wide easement as recorded in Plat Book 349,
Pages 228 and 229, and a License and Agreement to Encroach recorded in Deed Book 5932,
Page 243, a License and Agreement to Encroach recorded in Deed Book 5856, Page 237, in said
tract of land being Part of the Consolidation Plat of Village of Bel-Ridge Lots A, B, C, D and E
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 354, Pages 152 to 155 as shown hachured on
the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 11, 2009.
