AN ORDINANCE, vacating a ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Deed
Book 5969, Page 173 and a ten (10’) foot wide by ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in
Deed Book 5994, Page 618 located in Adjusted Lot 2 of Lindbergh/Lemay Ferry Tract according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 356, Page 456 of the St. Louis County Records, in St.
Louis County, Missouri; For project known as Lindbergh & Lemay Ferry (CVS Drug Store); P-
0028361-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Deed Book 5969,
Page 173 and the ten (10’) foot wide by ten (10’) foot wide easement as recorded in Deed Book
5994, Page 618 located in Adjusted Lot 2 of Lindbergh/Lemay Ferry Tract as shown hachured
on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is
hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
