AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five (5’) foot wide easement located in
Part of Lots 19 and 20 of Wildwood Park according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 37,
Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. For project
known as Old Westbury & Hurstgreen (Old Westbury San. Sewer Ext – 22 Old Westbury); P-
0028313-00.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a five (5’) foot wide easement in said Part of Lots 19
& 20 of Wildwood Park as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
