AN ORDINANCE, vacating easements of various widths located in The Gardens
Condominium at Bellefontaine Estates according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 354,
Page 632 of the St. Louis County Records, in St. Louis County, Missouri; for the project known
as Bellefontaine Estates (Phase Two); P-0025807-04.
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have requested this District to
vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The five ten (10’) foot wide easements and variable width easement
located in The Gardens Condominium at Bellefontaine Estates as shown hachured on the
attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and marked Exhibit “A”, sheets 1 and 2 and made a part
hereof, is hereby vacated.
Section Two. The variable width easement located in The Gardens Condominium
at Bellefontaine Estates as shown hachured on the attached “Easement Vacation Plat”, and
marked Exhibit “A-1”, sheets 3 and 4 and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 9, 2009.
